CWC is pleased to announce that CWC4 is now fully operational and has been designed to incorporate all the lessons that we have learnt while establishing CWC as the leading wine cellar and storage facility in the world.

What makes CWC4 stand out above all competitors is the attention to detail with no expense spared.  Small concrete cells (NOT A SINGLE WAREHOUSE) are created each with their own complex computerized climate control systems, (NOT SINGLE SYSTEM AIR-CONDITIONING), that are able to deliver superb, balanced temperature and humidity results which comfortably surpass the performance of all competing wine storage facilities.

CWC4 will take care of our expected private and trade requests until the end of 2010.

CWC has transferred our storage-only and merchant wines to these new facilities, thus making way at our Shouson Hill Cellars to cater exclusively for our Full-Club Members. 

 

Some key information:

· Storage at the new facility will be charged by the case or half case

· Registration, handling and delivery will take place by the case only

· All cases will be sealed upon arrival

· Should clients wish to have the contents of their wine cases/crates checked, this can be done at a specified price

· Prices will start at HK$144 per year per case of 12 bottles

 

Pricing:

¨ 1 Year Storage (Above 10 cases):

HK$144 per case of 12 bottles;

HK$72 per case of 6 bottles, single Magnums, Imperials, Jeroboams

¨ 1 Year Storage (Below 10 cases):

HK$288 per case of 12 bottles;

HK$144 per case of 6 bottles, single Magnums, Imperials, Jeroboams

¨ Monthly Storage (above 500 cases):

HK$15 per case of 12 bottles;

HK$7.5 per case of 6 bottles, single Magnums, Imperials, Jeroboams

¨ Monthly Storage (Below 500 cases):

HK$18 per case of 12 bottles;

HK$9 per case of 6 bottles, single Magnums, Imperials, Jeroboams

 

Special Conditions:

1. There is a minimum charge equivalent to HK$180 per month per monthly account operated.

2. There will be a case registration, handling, application of a tamper-proof seal and in/out one off charge upon arrival as follows:

HK$18 per case of 12 bottles;

HK$9 per case of 6 bottles, single Magnums, Imperials, Jeroboams

3. Should a client request for individual checking of wines upon arrival, charges will be as follows:

HK$120 per case of 12 bottles;

HK$60 per case of 6 bottles, single Magnums, Imperials, Jeroboams

4. Individual bottles may not be retrieved from cases unless the individual checking of all wines in the case concerned is undertaken and the case is resealed.  Charges will resume for a full case thereafter irrespective of the number of bottles contained therein.

5. All wine kept at CWC facilities is subject to compulsory comprehensive insurance cover charged at HK$0.30 per bottle irrespective of value.  This industry leading insurance cover guarantees replacement for loss or breakage at full current market value with no deductible charged.
