Upon submission of this registration document, a Direct Debit Authorization form will appear on you screen. This DDA form should be printed out, completed and posted to the CWC office at 18 Deep Water Bay Drive, Shouson Hill, Hong Kong within 2 weeks. Upon receipt of the above mentioned information, CWC Management will follow-up with you directly.
