Gold Membership offers cellaring for wines
that do not require personal handling by the client.
This option is ideal for the long-term cellaring of high
value wines that demand very little interference; it
is also ideal for more affordable wines that require
lower cellaring costs and which will most likely be consumed
in somewhat larger quantities. Gold Membership cellaring is available for both Bonded and
Duty Paid wines.
These wines are placed in the same meticulous environment
enjoyed by Platinum Members,
including:
- Computer-controlled humidity and temperature levels
- Guaranteed provenance ensured by a multi-input
data accessing and recording system
- Total security, including guards on duty 24 hours,
CCTV surveillance, motion activated lighting, infra-red
alarm systems and security codes at all entry points
- Underground location with reinforced concrete walls
measuring up to 2.5 meters in depth
Gold Members will also enjoy the benefits of
CWC Club Membership at no extra cost including:
- Unlimited use of the Clubhouse Conservatory and Main Underground Bunker
- Free Club parking and catering reservation
- Online specification of which personal wines should
be made available during visits, as well as how they
should be presented (Chilled, decanted, or as per
personal request)
- No corkage charge
- Online wine inventory control
- All wines available on the Club wine list (if required) at retail prices
- A full bar is also available
Additional options are available at very reasonable
rates, including:
- Home or restaurant delivery of personal wines
- Exclusive reservation of the Conservatory, Main Underground Bunker or the entire Clubhouse for private events
- Special 1, 2, and 3 year long-term Cellar options starting as low as HK$1 per bottle
per month (Terms & Conditions apply)
Pricing Structure:
- HK$688 basic Monthly
- Membership Fee which includes free
storage of 48 bottles and membership of the Private Members'
Club, with each additional bottle over and above the FOC 48 bottles charged
@ HK$3 per month
- Gold Members may opt for a combination of storage options including 1, 2 and 3-Year Long-Term storage packages
- Single payment Registration Fee of HK$3 per bottle
- Once off Joining fee of HK$12,888 is applicable
- Minimum Joining Period of 12 months
