TO DOWN-LOAD INSTRUCTIONS

Crown Wine Cellars is pleased to re-introduce this service as an alternative to Credit Card and Cheque payments.

Should you wish to make use of this Autopay Facility, please do the following:

- Print out the following attachment

- Fill in the beneficiary name as "CROWN WINE CELLARS LIMITED"
- CWC Ltd will fill in the Bank a/c number, and the Debtor's Reference
- Complete the form and sign it
- Return the original signed hard copy to:

Crown Wine Cellars Limited,
18 Deep Water Bay Drive,
Shouson Hill,
Hong Kong

- CWC will check the information and submit the completed form to your nominated bank
- Once successfully processed, your bank will inform HSBC, and HSBC will send a letter to CWC to confirm the auto pay function
- This autopay function will be uploaded onto our Invoice System
