- Only written orders will be considered
- Payment is required within 3 days of written confirmation or the orders will be automatically cancelled
- Photos are available upon request
- Members with valid Direct Debit Authorization and no outstanding balance will be eligible to add these purchases to their accounts
- All items on the Members Wine Sales are owned by Members of CWC
- All wines are purchased in an “As Is” condition
- CWC will not accept any return of goods nor will provide any refund for any orders.
- This includes for any external damage to the bottle, label, cork or capsule, as well as for any claimed problem regarding the wine itself
