The Golden Dew (La Goutte d’Or in French), in collaboration with L’Association Internationale des Vins Rares et Vieux Millésimes (International Association of Rare and Old Wines), will host an exclusive wine salon and dinner at Crown Wine Cellars on Thursday, 28 August 2025, celebrating a shared passion for the world’s most prestigious and exceptional wines.

Mr. Olivier de Cayron, president of the association, and Ms. Ding Ting, vice president and expert in rare wine authentication, will be present to guide the tasting and share their expertise.

A private experience reserved for only 10 distinguished guests.

L’Association Internationale des Vins Rares et Vieux Millésimes curates exclusive tastings, high-level conferences, and private events designed to deepen appreciation for historic vintages and legendary terroirs. These experiences not only educate but also foster a global network of wine lovers, professionals, and cultural ambassadors.

With a dedicated team of seasoned specialists, the Association provides expert services in sourcing rare bottles and authenticating suspect wines, playing a vital role in protecting collectors and the fine wine market from counterfeits. All authentication certificates are archived and may be reissued in French, English, or other languages upon request.

President Olivier de Cayron, a wine expert and artist, is a descendant of Dr. Jules Lavalle, the 19th-century geographer and botanist who authored the 1855 classification of Burgundy’s terroirs. Mr. de Cayron carries forward a legacy of scholarly precision, passion for viticultural heritage, and public engagement in the wine world.
