Crown Wine Cellars is delighted to invite you to an exclusive wine dinner featuring a series of Baronesa P. vintages from Escudo Rojo on 27th June, 2025.

Crafted in Chile’s Maipo Valley, Baronesa P. is a unique cuvée that embodies the legacy of Baron Philippe de Rothschild and the visionary spirit of Baroness Philippine de Rothschild.
Guests will enjoy a specially curated menu paired with wines from the Escudo Rojo portfolio, including the emblematic Baronesa P. 2020, rated #9 in the Top 100 Wines of Chile and receiving 97 points from James Suckling.

Guiding the evening will be Mr. Silvere Maurice, Baron Philippe de Rothschild’s Regional Director for Greater China. The Burgundy native with over 20 years of experience in both the winery and the trade side of the industry brings an intimate understanding of both the wines and their storied origins.

This promises to be a memorable journey through the finesse of French heritage expressed on Chilean soil.

A 2014 Ch Mouton will be served alongside the Baronesa wines.
