As we all know, space in Hong Kong limited, and above all, costly.

Following a detailed storage analysis over the past 6-months, a large number of non-original over-sized packaging was recorded in our storage chambers.

CWC has always tried to accommodate these non-original over-sized packages without additional charge but the overall number has grown to a level that cannot be over-looked any longer.

Rather than introducing a general increase for all storage charges in 2019, CWC has chosen to improve efficiency and only right-size all non-original oversized packaging in our storage chambers.

As such, if you have non-original oversized packaging you will receive an email shortly that will request you to either change the packaging to a standard sized case, or that you opt to pay for the oversized space being utilized.

It is important to note that this will not apply to original OCB or OWC packaging supplied by wineries.

For those members opting to pay for the oversized space being utilized, all new charges will take effect on 1 January 2019 and will appear in the January 2019 invoice sent out in Mid-February 2019.
